Juanda No. 81, Bekasi Plaza, Bekasi Timur.<\/p>\n<p>Penjelasan dari GIBAS<\/p>\n<p>Wakil Ketua (Waka) 1 GIBAS Kota Bekasi, Boy Dicky, menjelaskan pada Selasa (15\/4\/2025) bahwa pihaknya telah menerima surat somasi terkait klaim kepemilikan ruko tersebut. Menurutnya, surat somasi itu didasarkan pada Akte Jual Beli (AJB), yang dianggap tidak cukup kuat sebagai bukti kepemilikan tanah yang sah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami telah membaca surat somasi yang menyatakan klaim berdasarkan AJB. Artinya, AJB bukanlah bukti kepemilikan yang sah. Seharusnya, jika mereka pemilik yang sah, mereka pasti memiliki sertifikat hak milik,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Sejarah Penempatan Ruko<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) GIBAS Kota Bekasi, Ronny, menegaskan bahwa organisasinya telah menempati ruko tersebut sejak tahun 2001.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami sudah berada di sini lebih dari 20 tahun dan tidak pernah ada pemilik yang datang. Tiba-tiba, di akhir 2024, ada seseorang yang mengaku telah membeli ruko ini,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Ronny menambahkan bahwa GIBAS telah meminta bukti kepemilikan yang sah, namun permintaan tersebut tidak diindahkan. Sebaliknya, beberapa anggota GIBAS justru dilaporkan ke polisi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya rasa laporan itu salah alamat. Ruko ini digunakan untuk kantor organisasi, bukan untuk kepentingan pribadi. Sangat aneh, ribuan anggota GIBAS sering ke sini, tetapi hanya beberapa orang yang dilaporkan, termasuk saya,&#8221; tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Kejutan Dan Harapan Untuk Dialog<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ronny mengaku terkejut dengan viralnya kasus ini, mengingat masalah ini seharusnya dapat diselesaikan melalui dialog.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami hanya ingin melihat bukti kepemilikan, bukan untuk menguasai atau memiliki ruko itu,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga menyayangkan pemberitaan yang dianggapnya mencoreng nama baik GIBAS.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami selama ini menjaga marwah organisasi dengan baik. Pemberitaan yang tidak jelas sangat merugikan kami,&#8221; tambah Ronny.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Kondisi Ruko Sebelum Ditempati GIBAS<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seorang mantan keamanan di lokasi tersebut yang enggan disebutkan namanya mengungkapkan bahwa sebelum ditempati GIBAS, ruko itu dalam kondisi memprihatinkan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dulu ruko ini sangat kotor, dipenuhi sampah, ilalang tinggi, atapnya bolong, dan temboknya retak-retak hampir roboh,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia mengaku mengajak anggota GIBAS dan warga sekitar untuk membersihkan dan merawat ruko tersebut pada tahun 2001.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya minta GIBAS menempati dan merawat tempat ini sekaligus membantu menjaga keamanan kompleks. Alhamdulillah, semua berjalan baik sejak itu,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan klarifikasi ini, GIBAS berharap tidak ada lagi kesalahpahaman dan pemberitaan yang merugikan organisasi mereka.
