Potretkita.com<\/strong><\/span> – Kota Bekasi, Ketua PCNU Kota Bekasi, KH Ayi Nurdin, menekankan pentingnya pelatihan kaderisasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anggota Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) di wilayahnya. Selama ini, kegiatan di Bekasi cenderung berfokus pada ritual seperti Tawasulan, Solawatan, Yasinan, dan Maulidhan.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Tujuannya adalah untuk mengubah warga menjadi kader yang tidak hanya menjalankan amaliah tetapi juga berpikir dan bergerak sebagai bagian dari NU,” ungkap KH Ayi Nurdin. Pada Minggu (16\/2\/2025).<\/p>\n

Di Bekasi sendiri, sudah lebih dari 10 pelatihan kader yang telah dilaksanakan, dengan hampir seribu anggota terlibat. Namun, KH Ayi mengakui adanya kekurangan dalam pembinaan lanjutan setelah pelatihan.<\/p>\n

“Oleh karena itu, forum ini diadakan untuk mengidentifikasi posisi kader, apakah mereka terlibat dalam struktur NU atau tidak, ” katanya.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Diharapkan, semua kader di seluruh kecamatan dapat bergerak dan berkhidmat untuk warga NU yang berjumlah satu juta di Bekasi. Kader diharapkan dapat memperkuat struktur NU dari tingkat PC, MWC, ranting, hingga anak ranting.<\/p>\n

KH Ayi Nurdin menyatakan bahwa kader diibaratkan sebagai mesin yang memperkuat struktur NU.<\/p>\n

“Kaderisasi bertujuan untuk menanamkan cara berpikir dan beramal sesuai dengan NU, sehingga kader dapat berperan sebagai penggerak di setiap level, termasuk di komunitas terkecil, ” paparnya.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Anggota DPRD Kota Bekasi H. Nawal Husni menambahkan bahwa NU berperan sebagai penengah di kota Bekasi. Ia menggambarkan NU sebagai “metronom” yang menjaga keseimbangan dalam masyarakat yang semakin plural.<\/p>\n

“Berharap agar profesionalitas organisasi NU dapat ditingkatkan melalui swadaya dan swaekonomi, sehingga lembaga Nahdlatul Ulama dapat mandiri secara finansial dan beroperasi dengan profesional, ” pungkasnya.<\/p>\n
