potretkita.com<\/strong><\/span> – Kabupaten Bekasi, H. Marjaya Sargan, S.Sos, anggota DPRD Kabupaten Bekasi sekaligus Ketua DPD Partai Nasional Demokrat (NasDem) Kabupaten Bekasi, menunjukkan komitmennya untuk menindaklanjuti aspirasi dan usulan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Hal ini disampaikan dalam kegiatan reses (jaring aspirasi) Masa Persidangan II Tahun Anggaran 2025 yang berlangsung di Kampung Pangkalan, Desa Segarajaya, Kecamatan Tarumajaya, pada Sabtu, 15 Februari 2025.<\/p>\n

Kegiatan reses tersebut dihadiri oleh ratusan kader konstituen dan tokoh masyarakat setempat. Dalam kesempatan itu, warga menyampaikan berbagai aspirasi seputar infrastruktur, termasuk pembangunan jalan, sarana olahraga (SOR), irigasi, serta isu di bidang kesehatan, pertanian, UMKM, dan ketenagakerjaan.<\/p>\n

Sebagai legislator yang juga menjabat sebagai Wakil Ketua Komisi I DPRD Kabupaten Bekasi, Marjaya berjanji untuk menindaklanjuti semua aspirasi yang disampaikan masyarakat. Ia bahkan siap turun langsung ke lapangan untuk memverifikasi informasi dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh warga.<\/p>\n

“Terkait infrastruktur, kita akan memanggil pihak developer yang belum menyerahkan asetnya kepada Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) Kabupaten Bekasi. Ini menjadi hambatan bagi realisasi aspirasi masyarakat, terutama di sektor perumahan,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Marjaya mengungkapkan bahwa beberapa perumahan, bahkan yang sudah berdiri selama 30 tahun, belum diserahterimakan kepada Pemda.<\/p>\n

“Kita akan coba panggil berdiskusi dengan developer untuk memahami kendala yang mereka hadapi.”katanya.<\/p>\n

Dalam dialog tersebut, Marjaya juga mencatat bahwa masyarakat mengeluhkan kurangnya lahan pemakaman. Ia menyoroti permasalahan di Perumahan HDP, di mana lahan yang disediakan untuk fasilitas sosial (fasos) pemakaman di Desa Samuderajaya ternyata belum layak digunakan, masih berupa sawah.<\/p>\n

“Pengembang pernah berencana untuk mengurug lahan tersebut agar bisa digunakan sebagai pemakaman. Saya siap berkomunikasi dengan mereka untuk memastikan hal ini terwujud,” tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Marjaya juga mengusulkan penggunaan Tanah Kas Desa (TKD) untuk kepentingan masyarakat, termasuk pemakaman, asalkan mendapatkan persetujuan dari pemerintah desa dan daerah.<\/p>\n

“Ini menyangkut hajat hidup orang banyak, jadi kita perlu berkomunikasi dengan baik,” tandasnya.<\/p>\n

Dengan komitmen dan upaya nyata dari H. Marjaya Sargan, diharapkan aspirasi masyarakat di Daerah Pemilihan Dapil V dapat segera ditindaklanjuti dan masalah yang ada dapat diatasi demi kesejahteraan masyarakat Kabupaten Bekasi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
