Potretkita.com<\/strong><\/span> – Kabupaten Bekasi – Tim Kuasa Hukum Himpunan Putra Putri Keluarga Besar TNI Angkatan Darat (HIPAKAD 63) Bersama kliennya Diori Parulian Ambarita Merupakan korban penganiayaan pada kamis 2 Januari 2025 lalu.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Insiden tersebut telah dilaporkan ke Polsek Babelan dengan nomor laporan polisi LP\/B\/01\/I\/2025\/Polsek Babelan\/Polres Metro Bekasi\/Polda Metro Jaya. Hingga kini, proses hukum tengah berjalan dengan cepat.<\/p>\n

Diori Parulian Ambarita atau biasa disapa Ambar menjelaskan, bahwa penyidik telah memberikan Surat Pemberitahuan Perkembangan Hasil Penyelidikan (SPHP) pertama.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Kasus ini sudah dilaporkan dan saat ini salah satu terlapor telah diperiksa. Terlapor lain juga akan segera dipanggil untuk melanjutkan proses penyelidikan,” ungkap Ambar.<\/p>\n

Dia menegaskan tidak akan ada upaya damai dalam kasus ini. Dan berharap kasus yang menimpanya dapat menjadi pelajaran agar kejadian serupa tidak dialami oleh wartawan lain.<\/p>\n

“Saya ingin kasus ini memberikan efek jera kepada pelaku, sehingga ke depan wartawan dapat menjalankan tugas jurnalistik tanpa intimidasi atau kekerasan,” tegas Ambar, pada Selasa (7\/1\/2025).<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Kapolsek Babelan melalui Kanit Reskrim AKP Wahyudi, SH, mengatakan bahwa kasus ini sedang dalam tahap penyelidikan. Salah satu terlapor, J M N alias Aci, telah diperiksa, sementara terlapor lain, ES alias Sigeleng, diketahui berada di Kota Depok.<\/p>\n

“Kami masih menunggu hasil visum dan melengkapi keterangan saksi. Jika sudah lengkap, status kasus ini akan dinaikkan ke tahap penyidikan,” ujar AKP Wahyudi.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Menurutnya, Pasal yang disangkakan dalam kasus ini adalah Pasal 351 KUHP tentang penganiayaan. Namun, tidak menutup kemungkinan akan ada penambahan pasal jika bukti mendukung.<\/p>\n

AKP Wahyudi juga mengingatkan bahwa meski ada laporan, hak-hak terlapor tetap dilindungi oleh hukum hingga ada keputusan tetap.<\/p>\n

Ambar dan kuasa hukumnya berharap agar insiden ini menjadi momentum untuk memperkuat perlindungan terhadap wartawan di Indonesia.<\/p>\n

“Kebebasan pers harus dihormati, dan wartawan tidak boleh mengalami kekerasan fisik maupun psikis saat menjalankan tugasnya,”ucapnya.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sedangkan, Korban didampingi oleh Tim Kuasa Hukum LKBH HIPAKAD’63, yang terdiri dari lima anggota, yaitu Joko S. Dawoed, SH, R. Samiyono Djoko W, SH, Drs. H. Achmad Zulnaeni, SH, M.Si, Wahyu Hidayat, SH, dan Agus Waluyo, SH. R.<\/p>\n

Samiyono Djoko W, SH menyatakan bahwa Ambar adalah bagian dari keluarga besar HIPAKAD’63 dan pihaknya akan memberikan pendampingan penuh dalam proses hukum ini.<\/p>\n
