Potret kita.com<\/strong> – Banten, Dalam beberapa waktu terakhir, pelaut Indonesia menghadapi berbagai kejadian buruk yang mengancam keselamatan dan kesejahteraan mereka. Profesi pelaut dikenal dengan tingkat risiko yang tinggi, dan sering kali diwarnai oleh sengketa hubungan kerja yang memperburuk situasi.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Menanggapi kondisi ini, Corps Alumni AMC (CA AMC) mengambil inisiatif untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum dan sosial kepada anggotanya.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pelaut Indonesia sering terpapar pada berbagai risiko, termasuk kecelakaan di laut, kerusakan kapal, dan masalah lainnya yang dapat menimbulkan sengketa hukum.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Yogi Pajar Suprayogi, SE, SH, selaku Ketua Bidang Advokasi Hukum dan Kerjasama Luar Negeri CA AMC, menyampaikan bahwa perlindungan hukum menjadi salah satu program prioritas organisasi ini.<\/p>\n

“Beberapa kali anggota kami mengalami eksiden di laut, atau kapalnya mengalami kecelakaan yang berujung dengan sengketa hukum. Oleh karena itu, kami mengambil langkah untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum apabila kedepan ada hal serupa kembali,” ungkap Yogi dalam konferensi pers di sela kegiatan Pengukuhan dan Rakernas CA AMC di Cilegon pada 13 Desember 2024.<\/p>\n

Yogi mengatakan CA AMC tidak hanya fokus pada perlindungan hukum, tetapi juga berupaya memberikan perlindungan sosial. Kerjasama dengan pihak asuransi menjadi langkah strategis dalam melindungi anggota yang berisiko tinggi.<\/p>\n

Dengan adanya perlindungan sosial ini, diharapkan anggota dapat merasa lebih aman dalam menjalani profesi mereka.<\/p>\n

“Perlindungan hukum dan sosial ini menjadi program prioritas kami untuk melindungi anggota CA AMC karena tingginya risiko pekerjaan pelaut,” tambah Yogi.<\/p>\n

Langkah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rasa aman dan mengurangi kekhawatiran anggota terhadap berbagai risiko yang mungkin terjadi di Lapangan.<\/p>\n

“Kondisi yang dihadapi oleh pelaut Indonesia memerlukan perhatian serius dari semua pihak, ” paparnya.<\/p>\n

Dengan adanya inisiatif dari Corps Alumni AMC untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum dan sosial, diharapkan anggota dapat menjalani profesi mereka dengan lebih tenang.<\/p>\n
