Acara tersebut berlangsung di Ballroom Kantor Pusat Jasa Raharja pada Selasa (03\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Talkshow tersebut menghadirkan sejumlah narasumber, yakni Sekjen Operation Excellence FHCI- Direktur SDM PT WIKA, Hadjar Seti Adji, Ketua Srikandi BUMN PT Brantas Adipraya (Persero), Dian Sovana, Chief of Event Management BUMN Muda- Manager Of Corporate Legal ID Food, M. Justian Pradinata, Adam Zahir, selaku Ketua BUMN Hijau &#8211; Vice President ESG Group PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk serta inspiring talk dari Saskhya Aulia Prima, M.Psi, Psikolog<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Utama Jasa Raharja, Rivan A. Purwantono, dalam sambutannya mengungkapkan rasa bangga terhadap peran aktif komunitas Jasa Raharja Muda yang mendukung dan terlibat langsung dalam transformasi perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bagaimana empat generasi ini bertemu dalam suatu pekerjaan. Anda dibesarkan di Jasa Raharja ini menjadi pribadi yang punya attitude yang luar biasa. Anda juga dibuat untuk mempunyai integritas yang baik dan dilatih untuk punya pride, punya kebanggaan organisasi, serta cara komunikasi, dan potensi di masing-masing generasi,&#8221;ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Rivan juga mengingatkan kepada milenial Jasa Raharja akan pentingnya menjaga kebersamaan, saling berbagi ilmu, dan terus belajar di antara pegawai muda. la optimistis bahwa komunitas JR Muda akan terus memberikan kontribusi positif untuk keberlanjutan perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya yakin JR Muda ini akan terus memberikan kontribusi yang baik karena kita butuh terus regenerasi untuk menjaga sustainability Jasa raharja di masa mendatang,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Direktur SDM dan Umum Jasa Raharja, Rubi Handojo, menyampaikan bahwa 80 persen dari 1.770 pegawai Jasa Raharja merupakan generasi muda. la menekankan pentingnya menjaga semangat muda, tidak hanya dalam usia tetapi juga dalam kontribusi dan inovasi yang dihasilkan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rubi juga menjelaskan bahwa Jasa Raharja mendukung pengembangan kompetensi pegawai muda melalui berbagai program. Salah satunya adalah Jasa Raharja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Magister Management Scholarship Tahun 2024 yang bekerja sama dengan UNPAD EdEx.
