Hal ini disampaikannya dalam acara Minds Connect Indonesia dengan topik &#8216;EIPP: Electronic Invoice Presentment &amp; Payment&#8217; yang diselenggarakan oleh Neocom di Jakarta Selatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk beradaptasi dan beralih ke sistem digital. Jasa Raharja sendiri telah menerapkan digitalisasi dalam berbagai aspek pelayanan, seperti penyerahan santunan korban kecelakaan lalu lintas dan sinkronisasi data kendaraan bermotor melalui IRSMS Korlantas Polri,&#8221; ujar Rivan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rivan juga mencontohkan bagaimana digitalisasi telah mempermudah proses pembayaran luran Wajib (IW) dan Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan (SWDKLLJ). Ia menegaskan, sistem digital membuat proses pelayanan menjadi lebih transparan, efektif, dan efisien, Rabu (26\/6\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Digitalisasi bukan hanya dalam proses bisnis, tetapi juga hingga pembayarannya,&#8221; tambah Rivan. &#8220;Bayangkan, jika dulu membayar pajak harus datang langsung ke Kantor Samsat, sekarang bisa dilakukan melalui aplikasi di telepon genggam.
