Program ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia (SDM) unggul, adaptif, dan siap menghadapi kebutuhan industri masa kini.<\/p>\n<p>Peluncuran TIH dijadwalkan berlangsung pada Selasa, 28 April 2026, oleh Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pembinaan Penempatan Tenaga Kerja dan Perluasan Kesempatan Kerja (Binapenta dan PKK). Program ini mengintegrasikan peran pemerintah, dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI), akademisi, hingga masyarakat dalam satu ekosistem kolaboratif.<\/p>\n<p>TIH dirancang sebagai pusat inovasi yang menghubungkan talenta, teknologi, dan industri. Ekosistem ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan SDM yang tidak hanya siap kerja, tetapi juga siap berwirausaha dan memberikan dampak ekonomi nyata.<\/p>\n<p>Balai Perluasan Kesempatan Kerja (BPKK) Bekasi bersama FKLPID Jabar menjadi motor penggerak dalam menyediakan ruang pengembangan ide kreatif dan inovasi. Kolaborasi ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi, profesionalisme, serta daya saing tenaga kerja.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua FKLPID Jabar, Benny Tunggul, menegaskan bahwa sinergi lintas sektor menjadi kunci keberhasilan program ini.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKolabarasi bersama Direktorat Jenderal Binapenta dan PKK, FKLPID Jabar mendorong Peningkatan Nilai Ekonomi dan Komersialisasi Inovasi Meningkatkan Efisiensi ,Produktivitas Industri, Daya Saing .Jejaring Bisnis, dan Penciptaan Jenis Pekerjaan Baru untuk menurunkan angka pengangguran, &#8221; ungkap Benny Tunggul, saat rapat persiapan bersama Industri dan BPKK Bekasi, Jumat, (24\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">5 Inovasi Unggulan Siap Diterapkan Industri<\/span><\/p>\n<p>FKLPID Jabar memfasilitasi lima inovasi hasil hilirisasi penelitian perguruan tinggi yang kini mulai diterapkan di sektor industri, yaitu:<\/p>\n<p>AI &amp; Digitalisasi Industri (program magang dan job analysis) Zero Waste Fashion Industry (industri ramah lingkungan) Drone Technology (pertanian, transportasi udara, dan pemetaan)<\/p>\n<p>Robotic Automation Welding (industri otomotif) Pendingin Ramah Lingkungan Non-Freon (hemat energi)<\/p>\n<p>Hilirisasi riset ini dinilai memberikan manfaat signifikan, mulai dari penciptaan produk bernilai komersial hingga perluasan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan daya saing industri nasional.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Dorong Transformasi Industri dan Wirausaha<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Melalui TIH, pemerintah dan mitra strategis menargetkan transformasi menuju entrepreneurial industry yang berbasis inovasi. Program ini juga membuka peluang besar bagi UMKM melalui pelatihan Micropreneur Program serta penguatan kapasitas bisnis.<\/p>\n<p>Tak hanya itu, FKLPID Jabar turut melibatkan mahasiswa, pelajar SMK, hingga masyarakat umum dalam program Job Preparation bertajuk Empowering Talent Driving Inclusive Innovation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Inklusivitas Jadi Fokus Utama<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Program TIH juga menekankan aspek inklusivitas dengan melibatkan 20 penyandang disabilitas dalam pelatihan bersama organisasi internasional ketenagakerjaan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan Perhimpunan Penyandang Disabilitas Indonesia dari Kota dan Kabupaten Bekasi.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala BPKK Bekasi, Dini Antari Widiyaningsih, menegaskan pentingnya ekosistem inovasi yang terbuka bagi semua kalangan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penguatan ekosistem inovasi dan pengembangan talenta yang inklusif menjadi fokus utama. TIH melibatkan industri, UMKM, SMA\/SMK, perguruan tinggi, hingga penyandang disabilitas,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Didukung Kemenaker dan Organisasi Internasional<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Program Talent &amp; Innovation Hub merupakan tindak lanjut dari &#8220;kick-off&#8221; sebelumnya di Lembang oleh Menteri Ketenagakerjaan RI.
