Warga setempat masih menunggu kejelasan hasil pemeriksaan setelah persoalan tersebut dilaporkan secara resmi ke Inspektorat Kota Bekasi.<\/p>\n

Kasus ini bermula dari terbitnya surat edaran larangan penggunaan halaman Kantor Kelurahan Teluk Pucung yang sempat memicu kemarahan warga. Dalam surat tersebut, pihak kelurahan membatasi penggunaan area halaman kantor untuk berbagai aktivitas masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Kebijakan tersebut langsung menuai reaksi keras dari warga Teluk Pucung karena dinilai tidak sejalan dengan fungsi kantor kelurahan sebagai fasilitas pelayanan publik. Setelah gelombang protes warga mencuat, surat edaran tersebut akhirnya dicabut oleh pihak kelurahan.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya, dalam surat edaran yang beredar disebutkan aturan pembatasan penggunaan halaman kantor kelurahan yang diterbitkan pada awal tanggal April 2026, sebelum akhirnya dicabut beberapa hari kemudian setelah mendapat penolakan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Meski telah dicabut, polemik tidak berhenti begitu saja. Sejumlah warga kemudian menyampaikan aspirasi secara resmi kepada Inspektorat Kota Bekasi melalui mekanisme surat pengaduan.<\/p>\n

Surat tersebut ditandatangani oleh beberapa perwakilan warga Teluk Pucung dan telah diserahkan pada pekan lalu, sebagai bentuk permintaan agar pemerintah kota melakukan evaluasi terhadap kebijakan lurah yang dianggap meresahkan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Hingga kini, warga mengaku belum mendapatkan informasi lanjutan mengenai hasil penanganan atau tindak lanjut dari laporan tersebut.<\/p>\n

“Beberapa warga sudah menanyakan perkembangan laporan itu, tapi sampai sekarang belum ada informasi jelas mengenai hasil akhirnya,” ujar salah satu warga yang enggan disebut namanya.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Wali Kota Bekasi, Tri Adhianto, ketika dikonfirmasi terkait polemik yang melibatkan aparat kelurahan tersebut memberikan tanggapan singkat.<\/p>\n

“Semua kan ada aturannya, ya sesuai aturan saja,” ujar Tri Adhianto usai apel pagi di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Bekasi, Senin (20\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n

Namun demikian, Wali Kota tidak memberikan penjelasan lebih lanjut terkait langkah yang akan diambil pemerintah daerah terhadap kebijakan lurah yang sempat menimbulkan polemik di tengah masyarakat.<\/p>\n

Sejumlah warga berharap Pemerintah Kota Bekasi dapat memberikan kejelasan serta mengambil langkah tegas apabila ditemukan pelanggaran dalam pelayanan publik. Mereka menilai kantor kelurahan merupakan fasilitas milik masyarakat yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan secara wajar untuk kepentingan warga.<\/p>\n
