poretkita.com<\/strong><\/span> | Kota Bekasi – Kasus penemuan bayi yang sempat viral di media sosial di wilayah Bekasi Utara akhirnya berhasil diungkap pihak kepolisian.<\/p>\n

Kepolisian Polsek Bekasi Utara berhasil menangkap seorang perempuan berinisial N (19) yang diduga merupakan ibu kandung bayi tersebut.<\/p>\n

Pengungkapan kasus ini disampaikan dalam konferensi pers yang digelar di Mapolsek Bekasi Utara pada Senin (9\/3\/2026) sore.<\/p>\n

Konferensi pers dipimpin Kapolsek Bekasi Utara AKP Tono Listianto, didampingi Wakapolsek AKP Nurhadi, Kanit Reskrim Iptu Ali Imron, serta Kasi Humas Polres Metro Bekasi Kota AKP Suparyono.<\/p>\n

Mantan kasatreskrim cianjur itu menjelaskan bahwa kasus tersebut bermula dari laporan warga terkait penemuan bayi pada Jumat (6\/3\/2026) sekitar pukul 22.00 WIB di Perumahan Tityan Kencana, Kelurahan Marga Mulya, Kecamatan Bekasi Utara.<\/p>\n

“Bayi ditemukan dalam kondisi masih hidup dan diduga baru saja dilahirkan, ” kata tono.<\/p>\n

Polisi yang menerima laporan langsung menuju lokasi untuk melakukan penanganan awal dan mengevakuasi bayi tersebut ke RSUD Kota Bekasi guna mendapatkan perawatan medis.<\/p>\n

Selanjutnya, polisi melakukan penyelidikan dengan memeriksa saksi-saksi, melakukan olah tempat kejadian perkara, serta menganalisis rekaman CCTV di sekitar lokasi.<\/p>\n

“Dari hasil penyelidikan tersebut, kami berhasil mengamankan pelaku pada Minggu (8\/3\/2026) sekitar pukul 23.00 WIB di kediamannya di wilayah Kelurahan Marga Mulya, ” terangnya.<\/p>\n

Dalam konferensi pers, polisi juga menampilkan sejumlah barang bukti yang ditemukan di lokasi, seperti kain sarung warna hitam, daster batik merah cokelat, kantong plastik, kaos, serta rekaman CCTV.<\/p>\n

Kapolsek Bekasi Utara juga menegaskan bahwa foto yang sempat viral di media sosial bukan merupakan foto asli pelaku.<\/p>\n

“Motif pelaku melakukan perbuatan tersebut diduga karena takut diketahui oleh orang tuanya, ” jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat Pasal 429 ayat (1) subsider Pasal 430 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
