potretkita.com<\/strong><\/span> | Kota Bekasi\u2013 Kantor Imigrasi Bekasi mengingatkan seluruh pemilik atau pengelola penginapan di wilayah Kota dan Kabupaten Bekasi untuk mematuhi kewajiban melaporkan keberadaan Warga Negara Asing (WNA) yang menginap melalui Aplikasi Pelaporan Orang Asing (APOA).<\/p>\n

APOA merupakan aplikasi resmi Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi yang dapat diakses melalui laman apoa.imigrasi.go.id. Pelaporan harus dilakukan saat WNA melakukan check-in dan check-out, dengan batas waktu maksimal 1×24 jam sejak kedatangan.<\/p>\n

Kepala Seksi Intelijen dan Penindakan Keimigrasian (Inteldakim) Imigrasi Bekasi pada hari rabu 04\/03\/26 menyampaikan bahwa kepatuhan pengelola penginapan sangat membantu dalam upaya pengawasan keimigrasian.<\/p>\n

“APOA merupakan sarana resmi pelaporan keberadaan orang asing. Kepatuhan di wilayah Bekasi akan mendukung kelancaran tugas kami dalam mengelola pergerakan WNA,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Pengelola penginapan yang tidak memenuhi kewajiban ini dapat dikenakan sanksi pidana sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian dan perubahannya dalam UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2024 Pasal 72 ayat (1) dan (2), yaitu kurungan maksimal tiga bulan atau denda hingga 25 juta Rupiah.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
