Setelah suaminya, Dodi, meninggal dunia, perempuan asal Cijengkol, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi, itu kini harus menghadapi persoalan tagihan utang dari KSP (PMA) Cabang Bantar Gebang.<\/p>\n<p>Persoalan ini tak sekadar menyangkut utang. Jaminan pinjaman berupa Buku Pemilik Kendaraan Bermotor (BPKB) mobil diketahui bukan atas nama Dodi Fatulloh, melainkan milik kakak kandung Irma. Dokumen tersebut disebut dipinjam tanpa penjelasan bahwa akan diagunkan ke koperasi.<\/p>\n<p>Pinjaman dilakukan pada 26 Agustus 2025 dengan nilai Rp35.000.000 dan tenor 18 bulan. Cicilan pertama sebesar Rp3.241.000 telah dipotong saat pencairan dana. Namun sebulan kemudian, Dodi meninggal dunia. Sejak saat itu, status kewajiban kredit dan keberadaan jaminan menjadi persoalan baru bagi Irma.<\/p>\n<p>Beberapa bulan setelah kematian Dodi, kakak Irma menanyakan keberadaan BPKB. Dari situlah kaka Irma mengetahui dokumen tersebut masih ditahan koperasi sebagai agunan kredit. Di sisi lain, penagih disebut rutin mendatangi rumahnya untuk meminta pelunasan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Abang saya tidak pernah tahu BPKB itu dijadikan jaminan. Sekarang saya yang harus menyelesaikan,&#8221; kata Irma, Rabu (12\/2\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Merasa memiliki tanggung jawab moral, Irma mendatangi kantor koperasi pada hari yang sama, didampingi sejumlah wartawan. Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Kepala Cabang KSP PMA, inisial (B), menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya akan mengajukan permohonan pelunasan sebesar Rp10.000.000 angka yang ditawarkan Irma kepada pimpinan untuk dipertimbangkan.<\/p>\n<p>Namun sehari berselang, permohonan itu ditolak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Waalaikumsalam, ya ibu belum ada persetujuan lagi dari atasan untuk permohonan ibu pelunasan di angka 10 juta,&#8221; tulis B melalui pesan WhatsApp yang diterima Irma, Kamis (13\/2\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Koperasi disebut tetap meminta pelunasan penuh sesuai nilai pinjaman sebelum BPKB diserahkan kepada pemilik sah.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Nababan, wartawan senior yang turut mendampingi Irma, menilai persoalan ini tidak sederhana. Ia mendesak pemerintah daerah dan aparat penegak hukum untuk memeriksa legalitas serta mekanisme operasional koperasi tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Martin, jika Irma hanya menandatangani kolom \u201cmenyetujui\u201d dalam dokumen perjanjian, maka secara hukum posisinya perlu diperjelas apakah sebagai debitur, penjamin, atau sekadar pihak yang mengetahui.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga menyoroti aspek jaminan kredit. BPKB yang diagunkan bukan milik debitur, sementara pemilik sah disebut tidak pernah memberikan persetujuan untuk menjadikan dokumen tersebut sebagai agunan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami minta pemerintah dan penegak hukum mengecek izin koperasi ini.
