Potretkita.com<\/strong><\/span>, Kota Bekasi \u2013 Ketua Posyandu Kota Bekasi, Wiwiek Hargono Tri Adhianto, menegaskan pentingnya memperkuat peran dan fungsi posyandu sebagai pusat pelayanan kesehatan, edukasi, dan pemberdayaan keluarga. Hal itu disampaikan saat membuka Rapat Koordinasi Posyandu Tingkat Kota Bekasi Tahun 2025, yang berlangsung di Balai Patriot Pemkot Bekasi, Senin (13\/10\/2025).<\/p>\n

Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri sekitar 200 peserta dari unsur Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), Kepala Puskesmas, Ketua Tim Kecamatan Posyandu, Ketua Posyandu Kelurahan, serta para kader posyandu. Hadir pula Sekretaris TP PKK Kota Bekasi, Wuri Handayani, dan Plt. Kepala Dinas DP3A Kota Bekasi.<\/p>\n

Dari Kementerian Dalam Negeri,Kasubdit Fasilitasi Posyandu Ditjen Bina Pemerintahan Desa,Raden Kunrat, turut hadir memberikan materi tentang penguatan kelembagaan posyandu dan implementasi enam Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) bagi bidan di lapangan.<\/p>\n

Dalam sambutannya, Wiwiek menegaskan bahwa kader posyandu adalah garda terdepan dalam memberikan pelayanan langsung kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n

\u201cKader posyandu bukan sekadar pelaksana kegiatan, tetapi agen perubahan yang mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran hidup sehat di lingkungan masing-masing,\u201d ujar Wiwiek.<\/p>\n

Ia menambahkan bahwa kegiatan posyandu tidak boleh berhenti pada rutinitas seperti penimbangan dan pencatatan semata, melainkan harus menjadi wadah pembinaan, edukasi, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat.<\/p>\n

\u201cPosyandu harus adaptif dengan kebutuhan masyarakat yang terus berkembang. Jadikan kegiatan posyandu sebagai pedoman bersama untuk mewujudkan keluarga yang sehat dan sejahtera,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut, Wiwiek menyoroti pentingnya sinergi antara kader dan tenaga kesehatan, terutama bidan, dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan dasar. Bidan berperan mendampingi kader dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan ibu dan anak, membantu identifikasi risiko, edukasi kehamilan, imunisasi, hingga rujukan medis bila diperlukan.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, kegiatan posyandu kini juga diarahkan untuk memperkuat identifikasi kewilayahan sesuai dengan enam SPM, agar setiap posyandu memiliki data dan peta sasaran yang jelas. Langkah ini penting untuk memastikan pelayanan yang lebih tepat sasaran dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat di tingkat kelurahan maupun RW.<\/p>\n

Rapat koordinasi kali ini juga membahas integrasi antara aspek sosial dan lintas sektor, sehingga posyandu tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat layanan kesehatan, tetapi juga sebagai pusat data dan koordinasi lintas program OPD.<\/p>\n

Melalui kegiatan ini, seluruh pihak yang terlibat\u00a0 mulai dari kader, bidan, Puskesmas hingga OPD\u00a0 diharapkan dapat bersinergi memperkuat kelembagaan posyandu, meningkatkan kapasitas kader, dan memastikan seluruh kegiatan sejalan dengan standar pelayanan minimal yang ditetapkan pemerintah.
