Potretkita.com<\/strong><\/span>, Bogor \u2013 Pemerintah Kota Bekasi menegaskan komitmennya dalam mendukung penuh Program Strategis Nasional Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG). Hal itu disampaikan Wakil Wali Kota Bekasi, Abdul Harris Bobihoe, saat menghadiri Konsolidasi Regional untuk Peningkatan Tata Kelola MBG wilayah Jawa Barat, Daerah Khusus Jakarta (DKJ), dan Banten yang digelar di Sentul, Bogor, Jawa Barat.<\/p>\n

Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri langsung oleh Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) Prof. Dadan Hindayana, bersama para pimpinan daerah dari tiga provinsi, serta Ketua Satgas MBG kabupaten\/kota, Kepala Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG), dan para ahli gizi. Pertemuan ini bertujuan memperkuat koordinasi lintas sektor guna memastikan keberhasilan pelaksanaan program nasional MBG di seluruh daerah.<\/p>\n

Dalam arahannya, Prof. Dadan Hindayana menekankan pentingnya keamanan pangan dalam pelaksanaan program MBG.<\/p>\n

\u201cSeluruh SPPG diwajibkan memiliki Sertifikat Laik Higiene Sanitasi (SLHS) yang diterbitkan oleh dinas kesehatan kabupaten\/kota. Ini menjadi dasar bahwa setiap makanan yang disajikan aman, higienis, dan layak konsumsi,\u201d ujar Wawali Kota Bekasi Harris Senin, (13\/10\/2025).<\/p>\n

Ia menambahkan, BGN bersama Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) akan memperketat pengawasan terhadap seluruh dapur operasional MBG, agar setiap makanan yang disajikan tidak hanya bergizi tetapi juga aman bagi anak-anak penerima manfaat.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Wakil Wali Kota Bekasi Abdul Harris Bobihoe menegaskan kesiapan Pemerintah Kota Bekasi dalam mengimplementasikan program MBG sesuai standar nasional.<\/p>\n

\u201cProgram Makan Bergizi Gratis bukan hanya soal memberi makan, tetapi juga menggerakkan ekonomi masyarakat. Dari bahan pangan, tenaga dapur, hingga pelibatan UMKM lokal semuanya menjadi bagian dari rantai manfaat yang nyata,\u201d ujar Harris.<\/p>\n

Ia menjelaskan, pelaksanaan MBG di Kota Bekasi tidak hanya berfokus pada peningkatan gizi masyarakat, tetapi juga diarahkan untuk memaksimalkan potensi ekonomi lokal.<\/p>\n

Melalui pengadaan bahan pangan dari pelaku usaha daerah, program ini diharapkan dapat membuka lapangan kerja baru, memberdayakan UMKM, serta mengoptimalkan lahan dan sumber daya lokal.<\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut, Harris menilai program MBG merupakan investasi besar bagi masa depan bangsa, dengan tujuan membentuk generasi sehat, cerdas, kuat, dan ceria menuju Generasi Emas 2045.<\/p>\n
