Potretkita.com<\/strong><\/span>, Jakarta, 5 Oktober 2025 + PT Jasa Raharja melalui Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia, Umum, dan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi menggelar Direktorat SUIT Summit 2025 di Ballroom Kantor Pusat Jasa Raharja, Jakarta, pada Kamis\u2013Jumat (2\u20133\/10\/2025).<\/p>\n

Dengan mengusung tema \u201cEmpowering Digital Transformation Through Smart HR, Modern Infrastructure, and Reliable IT,\u201d kegiatan ini menjadi forum tahunan untuk konsolidasi program kerja sekaligus penyatuan arah strategis lintas bidang dalam mendukung agenda transformasi digital perusahaan.<\/p>\n

Acara ini diikuti oleh 72 peserta yang terdiri dari Kepala Bagian Administrasi, Kepala Sub Bagian Human Capital dan Umum, serta PIC TIK dari seluruh kantor wilayah Jasa Raharja di Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Direktur SDM dan Umum Jasa Raharja, Rubi Handojo, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa SUIT Summit merupakan momentum penting untuk memperkuat kolaborasi antarbidang.<\/p>\n

\u201cKami ingin memastikan peran Human Capital, Umum, dan TIK dapat berjalan secara terintegrasi untuk mendukung efisiensi proses bisnis dan transformasi digital perusahaan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Rubi menegaskan, sinergi antara tiga bidang utama tersebut menjadi fondasi dalam meningkatkan tata kelola perusahaan. Menurutnya, kolaborasi yang kuat akan menghasilkan pengelolaan SDM yang humanis, operasional yang prudent, serta implementasi TIK yang andal dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan bisnis.<\/p>\n

\u201cKetiganya merupakan kunci keberhasilan transformasi yang berkelanjutan,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Rangkaian kegiatan SUIT Summit 2025 diisi dengan berbagai sesi pembekalan dan diskusi interaktif. Di antaranya, sesi Leadership 5.0: Effective Communication & People Development bersama R. Andi Kartiko, serta workshop design thinking yang menghasilkan ide-ide inovatif untuk menghadapi tantangan operasional di bidang Human Capital, Umum, dan TIK.<\/p>\n

Forum ini juga menjadi sarana transfer knowledge terkait kebijakan baru dan penguatan peran HR Business Partner (HRBP) serta PIC TIK di seluruh wilayah.<\/p>\n

Puncak acara ditandai dengan penandatanganan komitmen bersama terhadap implementasi visi dan misi terintegrasi Direktorat SUIT Tahun 2026. Komitmen tersebut menjadi dasar penyusunan blueprint kebijakan pengelolaan SDM, transformasi digital, dan tata kelola umum yang efektif serta berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n

Melalui Direktorat SUIT Summit 2025, Jasa Raharja menegaskan komitmennya untuk memperkuat tata kelola berbasis digital dan sumber daya manusia unggul.
