{"id":11275,"date":"2025-09-15T11:59:14","date_gmt":"2025-09-15T04:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/potretkita.com\/?p=11275"},"modified":"2025-09-15T12:04:30","modified_gmt":"2025-09-15T05:04:30","slug":"kms-herman-bagikan-tips-khusus-tenaga-kesehatan-melek-hukum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/potretkita.com\/?p=11275","title":{"rendered":"KMS Herman Bagikan Tips Khusus Tenaga Kesehatan Melek Hukum"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Potretkita.com<\/strong><\/span>, Jakarta || Pengurus Pusat Ikatan Bidan Indonesia (PP IBI) bekerjasama dengan Universitas Borobudur menggelar Pelatihan Nasional Hukum Kesehatan bagi Bidan se-Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan yang berlangsung di Universitas Borobudur, Sabtu (13\/9\/2025), bertajuk \u201cSaatnya Tenaga Kesehatan Melek Hukum\u201d ini ditujukan untuk memperkuat pemahaman hukum di kalangan tenaga kesehatan, khususnya bidan.<\/p>\n<p>Acara diawali dengan sambutan dari Prof. Dr. Faisal Santiago, SH., MM, Guru Besar Fakultas Hukum sekaligus Direktur Pascasarjana Universitas Borobudur. Ia menekankan pentingnya literasi hukum bagi tenaga kesehatan sebagai bagian dari peningkatan kualitas layanan kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Dilanjutkan Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmad Redi, SH., MH., M.Si, selaku Kaprodi Magister Ilmu Hukum Universitas Borobudur, yang juga Wakil Ketua Majelis Disiplin Profesi (MDP), memperkenalkan program studi magister hukum dan manajemen.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua Umum PP IBI, Dr. Ade Jubaedah, S.Keb., Bdn., MM., MKM, hadir sebagai keynote speaker secara daring dari Makassar. Sementara itu, materi inti pelatihan terbagi dalam dua sesi.<\/p>\n<p>Sesi pertama menghadirkan Dr. Sundoyo, SH., MKM., M.Hum (Ketua MDP) dan Dr. Bdn. Heru Herdiawati, S.ST., SH., MH (Majelis Pertimbangan Etik Bidan PP IBI).<\/p>\n<p>Sesi kedua diisi Assoc. Prof. Dr. H. KMS Herman, SH., MH., M.Si., C.Med, bersama Dr. Tina Amelia, SH., MH., MM.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pemaparannya, KMS Herman menyoroti keberadaan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan, yang dikenal sebagai Omnibus Law Kesehatan. UU ini menggantikan sebelas undang-undang sebelumnya dan mencakup berbagai aspek, mulai dari hak dan kewajiban masyarakat, pelayanan kesehatan, sumber daya manusia, hingga pendanaan.<\/p>\n<p>Herman juga membagikan sejumlah tips bagi tenaga kesehatan agar siap menghadapi perkara hukum, antara lain:<\/p>\n<p>Memahami hukum dan regulasi terkait kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Mengumpulkan bukti pendukung seperti dokumen medis, saksi, dan data lain.<\/p>\n<p>Tetap fokus, profesional, dan kooperatif.T idak membuat pernyataan tanpa didampingi kuasa hukum.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenaga kesehatan seperti bidan perlu memahami beragam aturan yang berkaitan dengan profesinya,\u201d ujar Herman.<\/p>\n<p>Ahmad Redi menambahkan, kegiatan ini merupakan hasil kerjasama dengan PP IBI sebagai upaya memperkuat literasi hukum bagi bidan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProfesi bidan memiliki tanggung jawab besar kepada masyarakat, sehingga rentan menghadapi persoalan hukum. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi mereka untuk memiliki pemahaman hukum yang memadai,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, Universitas Borobudur juga mengajak para bidan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan hukum melalui program S1, S2, dan S3 Fakultas Hukum sebagai bekal menghadapi tantangan profesi.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini menjadi wujud implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya dalam pendidikan, penelitian, serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
