Potretkita.com<\/strong><\/span>, Kota Bekasi \u2014 Kepolisian berhasil mengamankan seorang pria berinisial M (26), pelaku diduga melakukan persetubuhan terhadap anak di bawah umur di wilayah Jatiwaringin, Bekasi, pada Minggu (7\/9\/2025).<\/p>\n

Kapolres Metro Bekasi Kota,Kombespol Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro, Mengungkapkan bahwa Korban dalam kasus ini adalah seorang remaja putri berinisial IF (16).<\/p>\n

“Keduanya antara pelaku dan korban awalnya berkenalan melalui media sosial Instagram. Keduanya sudah beberapa kali bertemu sebelum akhirnya kejadian terungkap,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Kapolres menjelaskan, Peristiwa tersebut terungkap setelah orang tua korban mencari anaknya yang tidak pulang ke rumah. Saat dilakukan pencarian, korban ditemukan bersama pelaku di sebuah kamar kos di kawasan Jatiwaringin dalam keadaan tanpa busana.<\/p>\n

“Pelaku mengakui telah tiga kali melakukan hubungan terlarang dengan korban di tempat kosnya,” ujar Kusumo dalam konferensi persnya pada jumat, (12\/9\/2025).<\/p>\n

Selain itu, kata Kusumo, pelaku merupakan pekerja caddy golf, pelaku juga diketahui mengiming-imingi korban dengan janji akan bertanggung jawab atas perbuatannya.<\/p>\n

Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat Pasal 81 junto Pasal 76D Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2016, sebagai perubahan kedua atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Pelaku terancam hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara.<\/p>\n

Kasus ini menambah daftar panjang kejahatan seksual terhadap anak yang melibatkan media sosial sebagai sarana awal perkenalan. Polisi mengimbau orang tua agar lebih memperhatikan pergaulan serta aktivitas anak-anaknya, terutama di dunia maya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
