Potretkita.com<\/span><\/strong>, Kota Bekasi || Polres Metro Bekasi Kota berhasil mengungkap kasus dugaan pelecehan seksual yang dilakukan seorang guru olahraga berinisial JP terhadap siswi SMP Negeri 13 Kota Bekasi. Peristiwa ini menimbulkan trauma mendalam bagi korban yang masih duduk di bangku SMP.<\/p>\n

Kapolres Metro Bekasi Kota,Kombes Pol Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro, menjelaskan peristiwa itu terjadi pada Kamis, 14 Agustus 2025, ketika korban bersama sejumlah temannya berada di ruang OSIS sekolah. Saat itu, pelaku yang juga menjabat sebagai pembina sekaligus ketua OSIS, melakukan aksi tak senonoh terhadap korban.<\/p>\n

\u201cPelaku merangkul korban dari belakang, kemudian memegang bagian intim atas maupun bawah korban,\u201d ungkap Kusumo saat konferensi pers, Rabu (27\/8\/2025).<\/p>\n

Berdasarkan keterangan korban, tindakan tersebut bukan kali pertama dilakukan pelaku. \u201cPerbuatan itu sudah tiga kali terjadi. Korban merasa shock hingga mengalami gangguan psikologis dan sempat berupaya melukai diri sendiri,\u201d jelas Kusumo.<\/p>\n

Orang tua korban yang mengetahui kondisi anaknya kemudian melapor ke Polres Metro Bekasi Kota. Polisi segera mengamankan pelaku JP untuk menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n

Selain penanganan hukum, pihak kepolisian juga berkoordinasi dengan Komisi Perlindungan Anak Daerah (KPAD) Kota Bekasi serta Dinas Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak untuk memberikan pendampingan psikologis kepada korban.<\/p>\n

Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara.<\/p>\n
