Potretkita.com<\/strong><\/span> – Jakarta Pusat \u2013 Polisi gerak cepat tangkap pria berinisial M.R. (32). Setelah videonya viral di media sosial memaksa warga membayar parkir sebesar Rp 100.000 ribu rupiah di kawasan Kebon Melati, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat.<\/p>\n

Setelah menerima laporan dari masyarakat Unit Reskrim Polsek Metro Tanah Abang berhasil melakukan penangkapan. Aksi M.R. diduga tergolong premanisme itu mendapat sorotan luas dari warganet.<\/p>\n

Menanggapi hal tersebut, Kapolres Metro Jakarta Pusat, Kombes Pol Susatyo Purnomo Condro, menegaskan bahwa pihaknya telah bertindak cepat begitu informasi tersebar luas.<\/p>\n

\u201cBegitu informasi diterima, tim segera bergerak dan berhasil mengamankan pelaku. Ini merupakan bentuk keseriusan kami dalam memberantas aksi premanisme dan memberikan rasa aman kepada masyarakat,\u201d kata Susatyo, Rabu (30\/7\/2025).<\/p>\n

Pelaku ditangkap di sebuah kontrakan di Jalan Gedung Ijo,Kelurahan Kebon Melati, Tanah Abang, sekitar pukul 12.00 WIB. Dari hasil penangkapan tersebut, polisi turut menyita barang bukti berupa uang tunai Rp 100.000 dan satu buah bong atau alat isap sabu.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Kapolsek Metro Tanah Abang, Kompol Haris Akhmad Basuki, mengatakan M.R. tidak melakukan perlawanan saat diamankan. Saat ini pelaku masih dalam pemeriksaan intensif.<\/p>\n

\u201cPelaku sudah kami amankan dan tengah menjalani proses penyidikan. Kami juga akan melakukan tes urine serta menelusuri kemungkinan keterlibatan dalam kasus serupa,\u201d ungkap Haris.<\/p>\n

Atas perbuatannya, M.R. dijerat dengan Pasal 368 KUHP tentang pemerasan. Dalam pasal tersebut disebutkan bahwa setiap orang yang dengan maksud menguntungkan diri sendiri atau orang lain secara melawan hukum, memaksa orang lain dengan kekerasan atau ancaman kekerasan untuk menyerahkan barang, dapat dipidana dengan hukuman penjara paling lama 9 tahun.<\/p>\n
