Kepolisian Resor (Polres) Pamekasan secara resmi menetapkan ZA (46), warga Kelurahan Jungcangcang, Kecamatan Pamekasan, sebagai tersangka. Penganiayaan ini terjadi pada Senin (30\/6\/2025) di Jalan Teja, Jungcangcang, Pamekasan, saat kurir mengantar paket pesanan.<\/p>\n<p>Penetapan ZA sebagai tersangka disampaikan langsung oleh Kapolres Pamekasan, AKBP Hendra Eko Triyulianto, dalam konferensi pers yang digelar di Gedung Tatag Trawang Tungga Polres Pamekasan, Rabu (2\/7\/2025) sore.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBerdasarkan kasus yang sempat viral di berbagai platform media sosial, termasuk hasil pemeriksaan dari Reskrim Polres Pamekasan, pelaku ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus penganiayaan,\u201d terang Kapolres Hendra.<\/p>\n<p>Kronologi Kejadian: Salah Paham Berujung Kekerasan Peristiwa penganiayaan ini bermula sekitar pukul 10:45 WIB. Saat itu, kurir ekspedisi berinisial IS (27), warga Desa Dasok, Kecamatan Pademawu, Pamekasan, mengantar paket pesanan ke ruko milik ZA di Jalan Teja. Paket tersebut diterima oleh istri ZA dan berstatus pembayaran tunai atau Cash on Delivery (COD).<\/p>\n<p>Setelah melakukan pembayaran, istri ZA segera membuka paket pesanannya yang berisi sebuah telepon genggam. Namun, saat membuka paket, istri ZA marah dan memarahi korban karena menilai barang yang diterimanya tidak sesuai dengan pesanan.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres menjelaskan motif di balik tindakan pelaku.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaat terjadi kekerasan, motifnya pelaku emosi karena diduga barang yang dipesan tidak sesuai dengan pesanannya. Di situlah emosi tersangka memuncak dan melakukan penganiayaan terhadap korban, sekalipun korban sempat menyampaikan kalau hanya mengantar seperti di video viral yang beredar,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak hanya melayangkan kekerasan, tersangka juga mencekik korban hingga mulut korban berdarah. Bahkan, tersangka juga mengambil kembali uang pembayaran COD secara paksa, padahal barang pesanan berupa HP yang diduga mainan itu telah terpisah dengan baterainya.<\/p>\n<p>Ancaman Hukuman dan Bukti yang Kuat<\/p>\n<p>Akibat perbuatannya, ZA kini terancam Pasal 365 Ayat 1 KUHP atau Pasal 351 Ayat 1 KUHP, dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 9 tahun penjara.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDari perkara ini kita temukan dua alat bukti yang cukup untuk menetapkan tersangka, sehingga kita lakukan rilis,\u201d pungkas Kapolres Pamekasan.<\/p>\n<p>Kasus ini menjadi peringatan bagi masyarakat untuk tidak main hakim sendiri dan menyelesaikan permasalahan melalui jalur yang semestinya.
