Langkah strategis ini, termasuk opsi tukar guling (ruilslag), ditargetkan mencapai penyelesaian hingga 90 persen pada tahun 2025, mengakhiri persoalan aset bersama yang telah bergulir selama dua dekade.<\/p>\n<p>Sebuah pertemuan koordinasi penting digelar pada Selasa (24\/6\/2025), yang dihadiri oleh jajaran pimpinan kedua daerah. Tampak hadir Bupati Bekasi Ade Kuswara Kunang, Wakil Bupati Asep Surya Atmaja, Sekretaris Daerah Kota Bekasi Junaedi, serta direksi dari Perumda Tirta Bhagasasi (milik Kabupaten Bekasi) dan Perumda Tirta Patriot (milik Kota Bekasi).<\/p>\n<p>Wali Kota Bekasi, Tri Adhianto, menekankan urgensi dari penyelesaian ini. Menurutnya, ketidakjelasan status kepemilikan aset selama ini telah menimbulkan berbagai masalah, mulai dari hambatan investasi hingga maraknya bangunan liar di lahan yang secara administratif masih tercatat sebagai milik Kabupaten Bekasi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saat ini, ratusan bidang lahan di Kota Bekasi masih dikuasai secara administratif oleh Kabupaten Bekasi, sehingga pemerintah kota tidak bisa melakukan penataan,&#8221; ujar Tri Adhianto.<\/p>\n<p>Kejelasan aset, lanjutnya, sangat penting untuk menghindari penyalahgunaan dan memberikan kepastian hukum.<\/p>\n<p>Proses serah terima ini telah berjalan secara bertahap. Setelah penyerahan tiga wilayah cabang (Pondok Gede, Harapan Baru, dan Wisma Asri) pada 7 Februari 2023 dan Cabang Rawa Tembaga pada 19 Juli 2024, agenda selanjutnya adalah penyerahan Cabang Rawalumbu dan Setia Mekar yang dijadwalkan pada 9 Juli 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, dua cabang tersisa, yakni Cabang Pondok Ungu dan Cabang Poncol, sedang dalam tahap verifikasi aset dan diharapkan dapat diserahterimakan pada November 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Bupati Bekasi, Ade Kuswara Kunang, menyambut baik progres ini dan menyatakan dukungan penuh dari pihaknya. Ia berharap penataan aset lintas wilayah ini dapat menjadi percontohan bagi daerah lain yang menghadapi isu serupa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita ingin penyelesaian yang adil, jelas, dan berpihak pada kepentingan warga dua daerah,\u201d tegas Ade Kuswara.<\/p>\n<p>Langkah selanjutnya akan difokuskan pada sinkronisasi data, penilaian (appraisal) aset, dan penyusunan skema tukar guling jika diperlukan untuk mencapai kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan.<\/p>\n<p>Komitmen ini juga mendapat dukungan dari tingkat provinsi.
